The Mugo Pine bonsai, also known as Mountain Pine, is a hardy and easy-to-grow species that naturally produces small needles and densifies extremely well, making it possible to create exceptional bonsai over time. We have cultivated this specimen in our nursery for 30 years, and it remains one of the most rewarding pines to train, prune, and shape.
This tree is grown in a polystyrene culture box, offering strong root development and vigor. It is an ideal pre-bonsai for enthusiasts who want to style and design their own tree.
Repotting and/or transport can be done from next year onward.
Important: If you choose to work on the tree (pruning, wiring, etc.), do not repot it in the same year—you must choose one operation or the other to avoid stressing the tree.
