The Maple Burger Bonsai is a vigorous deciduous bonsai appreciated for its compact size and spectacular seasonal color changes. Known for its rapid growth, this variety develops thick, powerful trunks that give it an impressive mature presence, even in a relatively small pot.
Its foliage shifts beautifully throughout the seasons—bronze and fresh green in spring, deep green in summer, and red, orange, and golden yellow in autumn. As a deciduous tree, it naturally sheds its leaves in winter, revealing its strong trunk structure.
This specimen is currently growing in a plastic training pot, allowing it to continue thickening and developing refinement. Photos were taken in October 2025, capturing its vibrant fall colors.
