The Maple Burger Bonsai is a vigorous deciduous bonsai admired for its compact size and stunning seasonal color changes. In both spring and autumn, its foliage transforms through shades of bronze, green, red, orange, and yellow, offering exceptional visual interest throughout the year. Known for its rapid growth, this variety develops thick, powerful trunks that add character and maturity.
This specimen is currently growing in a plastic training pot, allowing it to strengthen and refine its structure before transitioning to a ceramic bonsai pot. Photos were taken in October 2025, showcasing its vibrant fall colors. During winter, it naturally sheds its leaves as part of its normal cycle.
