Refund & Returns Policy

At Bonsai Nest, we stand behind the quality of our products and take great care in packaging and shipping every order. Due to the nature of live plants and bonsai trees, our refund and return policy is outlined below.

Live Arrival Guarantee

We guarantee that all live plants and bonsai trees arrive in healthy condition. If your tree arrives damaged or in poor condition, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and its packaging.

Upon review, we may offer:

• A replacement (subject to availability), or

• A store credit, or

• A partial or full refund at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their perishable nature, live plants, bonsai trees, and soil products are non-returnable once delivered.

Returns for Non-Live Products

Non-living items such as tools or accessories may be eligible for return if:

• The item is unused and in its original condition

• A return request is made within 7 days of delivery

• The customer covers return shipping costs

Refunds for approved returns will be processed after inspection.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.

Weather & Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, courier services, customs inspections, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

Care Responsibility

Once delivered, proper care of the plant becomes the responsibility of the customer. We cannot be held liable for damage due to improper care, environmental conditions, or neglect after delivery.
